Digital products are delivered instantly. Refunds are reviewed case‑by‑case to keep things fair for both customers and creators.

Refunds may be approved for

  • Duplicate purchase
    You accidentally bought the same item twice.
  • Access problems
    You can’t access the files and support can’t resolve it.
  • Wrong/incomplete files
    We delivered incorrect files and cannot provide the correct version.
